Friday is the day when everything booksellers have learned comes together as the respective working groups use Wi7 educational and collective business experience, creativity and knowledge of the industry, to discuss new solutions in bookselling.
This brainstorming opportunity is designed to tap into bookseller experience and business insights, but not to be limited by any of the store circumstances of the participants or business factors. This is an opportunity to take out a clean sheet of paper and share ideas with a diverse community of booksellers. Bring your experience, your ideas for the future, your newly acquired knowledge from the past two days, and the desire to creatively collaborate with your fellow indie booksellers.
In a closing plenary, Ingram Vice President & General Manager Dan Sheehan will present a summary of attendee booksellers' morning brainstorming work, as well as industry anaysis—a unique capstone to an unparalleled bookselling event. Wi7 will then formally end with the Closing Reception in the Astor Ballroom and the Canal Street Balcony.
